Kept into the smallest barrels, aged for at least 12 years, it is supplied in its typical 100 ml bottle with numbered seal. Presented in its box designed by Giugiaro, it adds style and is an excellent clue for a gift idea.

IN THE KITCHEN
Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale of Modena PDO goes well with all dishes, from appetizers to afters, on cooked food it should be added at the end of cooking not to lose its invaluable aroma. It can also be used to enhance haute cuisine dishes; on afters and desserts, it is a true tit-bit.
Balsamic vinegar must be kept in a fresh and dark place, protected from direct sun light at a temperature in the range of 11-18 Degrees centigrade.
