To enrich your dishes even more, we have selected a PGI balsamic vinegar of Modena “aged” for 9 years. It is presented in a 250 ml bottle kept in its box like a wonderful present. It is a vinegar suited for special gastronomic occasions which now Parma Noble Food is offering to you to fully taste those unique and uncommon notes.
Its precious aroma is obtained solely thanks to the combination of wine vinegar with boiled must then poured into barrels. It presents us with a fine, smooth, fragrant, pleasant bouquet with a mild and balanced taste. The product’s appearance is thick, of a dark brown colour and creamy. A true pleasure for its sense of smell and taste.
KNOW WHAT YOU ARE EATING
This food turns out to be a strong ally of our silhouette when used instead of salt or other high-calorie dressings (vegetable oil and butter). With a low caloric content, 88 kcal per 100 grams of product, it is also rich in mineral salts and helps absorb vitamins.
IN THE KITCHEN
This product perfectly goes with red and white meat of all kinds, fish and boiled meat, on cooked food it should be added at the end of cooking not to lose any of its aromas, or to enhance haute cuisine dishes; also recommended as appetizer on slivers of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP. It can be added to afters, ice creams and to dress a bowl of strawberry salad.
Balsamic vinegar, being a seasoned product, can be preserved for long. We recommend that the bottle is well sealed by placing the cork cap into the dropless pour spout (supplied with the bottle) not to disperse its rich flavour.
