Shipments

DELIVERY DAYS
PARMA NOBLE FOOD S.r.l. is offering its customers something more: an outstanding service in terms of quality and punctuality.
To make this service more functional and efficient we have broken down shipments in the following periods:

  • From MARCH to OCTOBER, deliveries shall be made on MONDAYS – TUESDAYS , to preserve the freshness of the goods ordered and moreover to prevent any stops at shipping agents’ warehouses for several days.
  • From NOVEMBER to FEBRUARY, shipments shall be made from MONDAY to FRIDAY.

PACKAGING
In addition to the foregoing, PARMA NOBLE FOOD is very keen on a perfect package of its product by our staff. We have decided to use very strong POLYSTYRENE BOXES, that preserve the content against changes in temperature range and accidental impacts.

PRESERVATION
For a better shipment service, PARMA NOBLE FOOD reserves to use ICE CATCH GEL PACK to assure an adequate refrigeration of  the products.

COURIER SERVICE
To deliver its products on a timely, careful and precise basis, PARMA NOBLE FOOD relies upon leading shipping agents (UPS) with delivery times of 48/72 hours for deliveries in Italy and 72/96 hours for deliveries in Europe.

All orders are delivered to the address indicated on the order filled in online. Customer may track shipment as from the very time the goods leave our warehouses.
It should be noted that the shipping agent shall inform the customer of delivery beforehand, or, should he/she be absent, a notice shall be left with all the information necessary for the next delivery.

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • IN ITALY
    PARMA NOBLE FOOD deliveries in Italy of orders in excess of € 100.00 are free of charge.
    For deliveries of orders of less than € 89.00 a contribution of € 12.00 shall be applied.
  • IN EUROPE – ZONE A (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Romania, San Marino, Scotland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Vatican City)
    PARMA NOBLE FOOD delivers free of charge to all countries included in the A Zone orders in excess of € 169.00.
    On orders  less than € 159.00 a contribution of 18€ shall be applied for order under 2kg and a contribution of 23€ for orders over 2kg.
  • IN EUROPE – ZONE B (Andorra, Channel Islands, Jersey, Lichtenstein, Norway)
    PARMA NOBLE FOOD delivers free of charge to all countries included in the B Zone orders in excess of € 200.00.
    On orders  less than € 200.00 a contribution of € 40.00 shall be applied.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RISK PASSAGE
According to art. 63 of the Consumption Code, any damage to the packaging / packaging of the Products must be immediately claimed with a written control reserve on the proof of delivery.It is understood that, once you have signed the delivery document without any objection, you will be prevented from any exceptions regarding the external features of the delivery.In the event that the carrier has been selected by you, outside of the ones offered at the time of purchase, the risk of damage of the Products will be transferred to you at the time of delivery to the carrier itself, excluding any disputes regarding the external features of what is delivered.In this case, any dispute must be moved directly by you to the carrier.
