PARMA NOBLE FOOD ensures that products delivered will be equal to those shown and described on the site and compliance with all rules regarding the storage of goods until delivery at the place specified in the order. For all products sold that is the responsibility of the producer. Manufacturer is also responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information given on the packaging in the case of packaged goods. The images on this site are provided to the Client to facilitate the recognition of the products, due to changes in packaging by the manufacturer, the photos might not exactly reflect the appearance of the product delivered.
The Customer is protected by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Consumer Code (Articles 128 et seq.) In case of purchase of defective products, which do not respond to the generally intended use.
As required by current rules, customers enjoy the PARMA NOBLE FOOD money back guarantee with the ability to return products purchased within 14 days of receipt, except if they are products which by their nature can not be returned.
if you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs resulting from your option for a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We may withhold reimbursement for more than 14 days only until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.
Method for requesting refunds A letter or an e-mail must be sent to PARMA NOBLE FOOD within 14 working days from when the goods are received.
The use of the form is not binding: PARMA NOBLE FOOD respect any method chosen by the customer to exercise his right.
– To exercise your right to return the product(s) purchased, they must be in good condition and with the original labels attached. – The packaging of the products must be accurate, in order to protect the original wrapping from any damage, writing, or labeling. -The client will be responsable for any decrease value of the goods due to a wrong manipulation of the products in order to verify the nature, the characteristics and the functioning of the same goods. – The product(s) must be returned by express courier at the expense of the client. – We recommend using a traceable and insured method of shipping, since PARMA NOBLE FOOD will not be responsible if the package shipped back is lost, damaged, or does not arrive. – The goods will be refunded by PARMA NOBLE FOOD , after the contents and condition of the product(s) have been verified, within 14 days from receiving notification from the client. PARMA NOBLE FOOD will provide in fully refunding the cost of the product(s) incurred by the client.
