These compotes are produced,in the Parma mountains 10 km from Bardi Castle, from the organic farm Cà d’Alfieri, founded in 2000 as a company specialising in growing organic vegetables in greenhouses and open fields.
Luisa and Maurizio, the owners of the company, have joined their passion for nature,to that of simple and natural foods, in an effort to create beautiful products that maintain the organoleptic properties of the raw materials.
These consist of fruit or vegetables prepared by combining the simplicity of tradition with a toucof innovation, the addition of spices, and other special ingredients that enhance the taste.
